The Cook Group is the preeminent independent real estate appraisal and consulting firm in the western region. We are involved in the appraisal and consulting of real estate. Our quality appraisers are experts in various specialties including commercial and residential real estate appraising, condemnation work, conducting market analysis and feasibility studies, site selection, and unit mix analyses.
We perform and are currently licensed to do appraisal assignments in much of the western region, including Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Nevada, and Idaho. In addition to our own extensive database of information, we work in cooperation with other real estate appraisal firms and brokerages throughout the region. The experience of our staff is extensive, and provides a strong base for the different assignments and specialized needs of our clients.

The Cook Group's principal's are Jonathan Cook, MAI and Richard Cook. Jonathan Cook has been appraising since 1980. Our quality staff of seven appraisers, two researchers, an office manager, and two secretaries help provide quality appraisal and consultation services for virtually all aspects of the real estate economy.
